Every third employee shows signs of exhaustion and unhealthy stress symptoms. Every day we are overruned by problems, difficulties and major or minor disasters. And often we lack the strength and energy to get out of these problems. The stress is too high and the situations too tough.
Resilience is the ability to deal with difficulties and disasters and to emerge stronger than before. Resilience is about overcoming obstacles and accepting challenges. The difficult thing is: Resilience is above all a matter of the mind. There are different thought structures and patterns, called resilience factors, which help us to overcome catastrophes.
From there, we start with our seminar! We recognize unhealthy thought patterns and structures and show how we can free ourselves from them. We strengthen the resilience factors and learn how to use them in everyday life.
